Scan to Win is a daily instant-reward experience. Merchants display a QR code at their store—on a poster, counter, or window. You scan it once per day with the Collbine app and receive a reward. What you can win, your chances, and when the campaign expires are all set by the merchant.
Look for the QR at outlets
When you visit a participating outlet, look for the Scan to Win poster or signage. Each merchant displays their own QR code—often near the entrance, counter, or window. The poster shows the reward (e.g. a discount or free item) and reminds you to use the Collbine app to scan.
Scan with the app
Open the Collbine app and use the scanner to capture the outlet’s QR code. Point your phone at the poster; once the code is recognised, the app processes your scan. You can only scan once per day at each outlet, so every scan counts.
Get your reward
After a successful scan, the app shows your reward—for example a discount or a free item. Tap to reveal the details, then redeem by giving your registered phone number to the cashier when you pay. Rewards and expiry are set by the merchant.
Once daily
You can scan each outlet’s QR code once per day. That keeps the experience fair and gives you a reason to come back. If you visit multiple participating shops, you can scan at each of them—one scan per outlet per day.
Set by the merchant
Reward type (e.g. $10 off, free drink), win chances, and campaign expiry are all configured by the business. Merchants run their own Scan to Win campaigns, so you get variety across outlets and each shop can tailor the offer to their brand.
